MASTER COLORIST

With a diverse background in multiple cities, Faith’s deep understanding of the science of hair coloring complements her high artistic taste level. She has trained in top schools and worked in recognized salons from Las Vegas to Chicago and beyond in her more than eighteen years behind the chair. Since choosing Austin as her home, she makes a strong addition to our team. Her commitment to education means that she is always offering the most current techniques and looks to her clientele; and her open communication style ensures a close collaboration with her client to get the best results.

Faith is a color educator for La Ruche and is a L’Oreal Professionnel certified color artist. You may also recognize her from Austin Monthly as the “Face of Perfect Hair Color.” She has also been awarded “Impeccable Work with a Current Perspective” by our staff two years in a row. Faith was also the winner of salon software system Boulevard’s 2020 Best Of competition.

MASTER DESIGNER

Ric brings an enormous depth of experience at the highest level of the industry. As the leader of the Artistic Team at the premier salon system in the Pacific Northwest, he led his team of top designers as they prepared photo shoots, organized fashion shows, and delivered education at prestigious industry events in the US and Europe. Ric’s travels have given him a worldly design perspective. However, after fifteen years in the city, he has tailored his work to Austin’s unique lifestyle – fashionable, current hair with a focus on ease of styling and respect for the individual client.

SENIOR COLORIST & KERASTASE AMBASSADOR

Coming from the Brian Charles' esteemed education program, Kyrie is now one of our talented senior stylists here at La Ruche Salon. Adaptable, careful, and tasteful, Kyrie is a natural behind the chair and we are thrilled to watch her excel as she builds her career. While she’s capable of creating many kinds of beautiful natural colors, Kyrie loves to show off her skills with unconventional colors as well – and you’ll notice a pop of color in many areas of her portfolio. She’s always sure to make each client feel heard and inspires confidence in others with her charismatic personality and sense of humor.

DESIGNER

For over 20 years, Tan has been specializing in haircutting in the Austin area. His decades of experience behind the chair have allowed him to hone his technical skills and thus he can create truly customized styles for each and every guest. Tan is a big believer in caring for your hair out of the chair, and will never hesitate to educate his guests on the proper products and habits needed to keep their hair looking as beautiful as ever.

Tan knows that his passion in life is hair and having a creative outlet really brings out the best in him. He says his job is never quite done until each guest has a smile on their face before leaving his chair.

Nayeli moved to Austin in 2021 to begin her journey as a stylist. Having received her cosmetology license from the Paul Mitchell School, she started in the apprenticeship program here at La Ruche Salon. Formally known as Brian Charles hair studio, Nayeli has grown alongside the development of the salon and has become an established colorist at La Ruche! From Single Processes to being certified in BELLAMI extensions, Nayeli would love to assist you in achieving any and all goals you may have for you & your hair.

COLORIST

With 3 years of experience under her belt, Marisela graduated from Central Texas Beauty College; now living in Georgetown, TX. Marisela is always continuing to grow and learn, as it is one of her main philosophies for hair care, both as a stylist and for her clients. It is with this motto that Marisela came to La Ruche Salon as a Junior Stylist in our Apprenticeship program. Now, Marisela is one our seasoned Colorists that is ready to take on any color services, vivid colors, highlights, and everything in between. She specializes in chemical treatments: from Perms to Keratin Blowouts. Additionally, she is certified in Keratin Complex & BELLAMI Extensions. Marisela is always looking to diversify her portfolio and would love to help you on your hair journey, no matter the request!

GENERALIST

Born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada, Alexandria moved to Austin in 2019 in pursuit of a career in cosmetology. After moving here with her husband and graduating from Central Texas Beauty College, she began her journey in bridal styling to 2+years, giving her a solid foundation in Up-Do's and Special Occasion hairstyling. Following in suit, she became certified in Keratin & Tape-In extensions where her true passion lies.

It’s in giving her clients the confidence to go forward with a beautiful head of hair that she recently joins our team here at La Ruche Salon! She loves lived in color, layered haircuts, keratin blowouts, and all over color transformations. Alexandria is looking forward to having you in her chair soon!

GENERALIST

Daniel has fifteen years of experience in precision hair cutting and coloring techniques. From France, to Dubai, and Houston, married and settled in Austin, Daniel is ready to take care of all your hair needs. With nothing but love for this industry that shapes so much of our lives, he loves sharing his education so you can keep it beautiful and healthy. From the classic Rachel from Friends, the expressive style of Billie Eilish, the retro, yet modern feel of the glamorous Sabrina Carpenter, or reading about Hermione’s transformation for the Yule Ball. Hair will, and always will be a staple in our fashion, and individualism. Daniel will do his best to make sure you always look the way you deserve to feel: gorgeous!

JUNIOR STYLIST

A graduate of Avenue Five Institute, Adriana is a dedicated and passionate beauty professional who continues to grow in both skill and confidence. Naturally shy, she found a love for the craft that helped bring out a quiet strength and creativity. After spending a few months in Georgia, Adriana returned to Austin to pursue more opportunities and deepen her expertise. Along the way, she’s had the chance to work alongside some truly amazing colorists, gaining valuable knowledge and hands-on experience that continues to shape her journey in the beauty industry.

As her skills continue to grow, she has developed a strong foundation in services such as keratin blowouts (including express keratin), single process color, and efficient wash-and-styles; completing them in just under an hour. She is also expanding her expertise in special occasion styling, always striving to improve and offer clients both modern looks and timeless beauty. Adriana is excited to take on her own clients in the near future and help you achieve your hair goals!

JUNIOR STYLIST

A graduate from Seguin Beauty School, Argelia comes to us from the town of Moulton, Texas. After working at a barber shop for about 3 years, Argelia's desire to expand her knowledge brought her here to Austin and La Ruche Salon. It is in this apprentice program that Argelia has had the opportunity to work alongside talented colorist, learning a variety techniques and services; honing her skills. Argelia has developed both a strong foundation and love for all kinds of services such as Perms, Single Processes, to Wash & Styles. Argelia continues to build upon her education as most recently she has been learning how to cut Woman’s hair, blending layers, and even Highlighting,and doing treatments. Similar to Adriana, Argelia is looking forward to accepting her own clients in the near future!
